Cancellation Policies

How to cancel the orders

  • Log into your account
  • Click on the Profile Icon and Select Orders
  • While on the "Order" screen, from the list of your orders, select the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel” button to cancel the whole order. click on "Cancel" to cancel the whole order.
  • If your order contains multiple items, click on the “Order Details” button and select the item you want to cancel from the list.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests can only be made before it has been shipped/ out for delivery. Coatsnmore shall not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from cancellation of an order after dispatch.
  • The Company shall have the discretion to approve cancellation requests and may ask for additional information before approving your request.
  • You can cancel the complete order or the partial order i.e. one or few items from the whole order. For partial cancellations, Coatsnmore shall dispatch the remaining items in the order as per the original shipping schedule.
  • Coatsnmore reserves the right to accept/ reject orders and can cancel orders for any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to, unavailability of products, or any other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund, which shall be reflected in your account's wallet within 72 hours.

How to return the orders

Return Policy

We at Coatsnmore provide you Easy Return on all your purchases.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and freebies intact, as well as the original box. Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • If a product return or exchange is delayed or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the return or exchange request will be deemed canceled and no further queries will be entertained after this point. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with their return or exchange request.
  • Please note that all international orders, placed from outside of India, are considered final and non-refundable. This means that all orders placed from outside of India will not be eligible for returns or refunds, and all sales are considered final.
  • In the event that an order has been approved for an exchange, the company shall not entertain any further exchange request more than once. Customers are limited to one exchange per order.
  • The return period for Coatsnmore is 7 days from the date of delivery. Customers must initiate a return request within this timeframe in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns for any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error. We also reserve the right to deny returns for items returned after the 30-day timeframe.
  • Once the return request is received, coatsnmore will initiate a pickup after confirmation of return request.
  • The customer should provide the product in its original state with original packaging ,price tag,freebies and other and the agent will do the initial inspection.
  • Upon receiving the product, the product will be inspected for product originality and intact details. The return request is approved/ rejected on the basis of inspection. This may take up to 7 days after the product has been received back from the customer.
  • The return request shall be approved if the returned products are found intact in all forms. Refund will be initiated in the source account, Refer to refund policy for further information about refund procedure.
  • There might be chances that the returned product fails the inspection, you will be notified with an explanatory note that mentions the reason for rejection.
  • In order for a product to be eligible for return, customers must provide all required documentation, including a detailed description of the reason for the return, proof of purchase (order number or receipt), photos of the item being returned (if applicable) and any other documentation required by Coatsnmore.

Refund Policies

Refund Policy

  • We provide 100% return on all the approved returns. This also includes the inclusive GST/ Vat amount made as a part of the purchasing amount.
    • This is the actual amount being paid by the customer during the purchase. Discounted items will be returned on the same discounted amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after the return request has been approved.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used by the customer in the source account.
    • In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, the amount will be refunded through IMPS transfer.
    • The customer would be responsible to provide bank/ account details for the transfer.
    • CoantsnMore would not be responsible for any transaction failure or loss of money due to inaccurate account details.
  • The customer as provided in the Return policy, Freebie are required to be returned along with the returned product. Failure to do so may lead to deductions in the paid amount.
  • We will keep customers informed throughout the refund process, providing updates on the status of their return and refund via email or phone calls. If you have any questions or concerns about your refund, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
  • We also provide wallet options for the customers where the amount can be stored and used for future purchases.

Force majeure

  • In case of Force Majeure events or other unforeseeable circumstances which are beyond our control, the company shall not be held responsible for inability to perform the services under these terms. Force Majeure causes extend to the events of acts of God such as fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, spread of pandemic/epidemic, lockdown, accidents, political unrest, protests, strikes, riots, civil commotion, war, enemy action, demands of Government in any state, or labor related shortage, or inability to obtain the material, transportation or any obstruction on any of the commute routes such as highways, public or private road.
  • If and insofar any e-commerce dispute that may arise between Coatsnmore and a third party, then the courts of jurisdiction at Ludhiana, Punjab, India have sought all exclusive rights and shall exercise final jurisdiction over the dispute. The terms shall be governed in all respects by the Indian law and are applicable between the customers and the company subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Moreover, the company reserves all the rights to suit or file any case governed by the Indian laws.
