International Shipping Policy

This International Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of merchandise purchased through the official Coatsnmore website to addresses located outside of India. By placing an international order with Coatsnmore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy, in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

This Policy applies to all customers placing orders for delivery to any international destination. It outlines the procedures regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, customs duties and taxes, tracking, and the handling of shipping-related issues.

Coatsnmore reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to review this Policy before purchasing to ensure they understand the terms applicable to international shipping.

Coatsnmore offers international shipping to selected countries across North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and other regions. Shipping availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Coatsnmore.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import regulations in the destination country. Coatsnmore shall not be liable for shipments delayed, refused, or confiscated by customs or other authorities.

Coatsnmore reserves the right to cancel any international order submitted without such prior confirmation.

All orders are subject to processing prior to shipment. Standard processing time is typically from 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

During periods of high order volume, including but not limited to sales, promotional events, and holiday seasons, processing times may be extended without prior notice.

Processing times are independent of shipping transit times. Coatsnmore shall not be liable for delays in processing due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, customs inspections, or acts of force majeure.

Orders shall be processed in the order in which they are received. Coatsnmore reserves the right to extend processing times at its sole discretion.

All international shipments shall be managed, dispatched, and fulfilled solely by Coatsnmore or its authorized representatives. Coatsnmore retains exclusive discretion over the selection of shipping methods, logistics arrangements, and, where applicable, delivery partners.

Customers acknowledge and agree that all delivery timelines provided are estimates only and shall not create any contractual obligation on the part of Coatsnmore.

Coatsnmore shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from customs inspections, governmental interventions, transit disruptions, or events of force majeure beyond its reasonable control.

International shipping costs shall be calculated based on the destination country, the weight and dimensions of the shipment, and any applicable handling charges. Shipping fees will be communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and other fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Customers are solely responsible for the payment of any such charges. Coatsnmore does not assume responsibility for, nor does it control, these additional costs, which are assessed at the discretion of local customs agencies.

Coatsnmore shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by customs inspections, holds, or clearance procedures. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information regarding applicable duties and taxes prior to placing an order.

Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the shipment being abandoned, destroyed, or returned to origin. In such cases, no refunds shall be issued.

Upon dispatch of the shipment, Coatsnmore shall make reasonable efforts to provide tracking information to the customer through email or any other communication method deemed appropriate by Coatsnmore.

Availability of tracking updates may vary depending on the logistics route, carrier systems, and customs processing in the destination country. Coatsnmore shall not be held liable for any discrepancies, delays, or interruptions in the updating of tracking information once the shipment is in transit.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided at the time of order placement is accurate and capable of receiving tracking notifications.

Risk of loss and title/ownership to all merchandise shall transfer to the customer upon dispatch of the shipment by Coatsnmore.

Coatsnmore shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to products occurring after dispatch. Customers are advised to monitor tracking information closely and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim, subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. Coatsnmore may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, assist in facilitating the claims process but does not guarantee replacement, refund, or compensation for lost or damaged goods.

All international sales are considered final. Coatsnmore does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for international orders unless expressly required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product selections, including size, color, and specifications, are accurate prior to placing an international order. Coatsnmore shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from incorrect product selection, sizing errors, or changes of mind.

In cases where a return or exchange is mandated by applicable law, the customer shall bear all associated costs, including but not limited to return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and any other governmental charges.

All approved returns must be authorised in writing by Coatsnmore before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Coatsnmore reserves the right to refuse the processing, fulfillment, or shipment of any international order that, in its sole discretion, violates applicable laws, regulations, or export restrictions of India or the destination country.

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from import into specific countries. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the permissibility of the ordered products in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order. Coatsnmore shall not be liable for any loss, penalties, or costs incurred as a result of the shipment being refused, delayed, detained, or destroyed by customs or other governmental authorities.

Coatsnmore further reserves the right to cancel any order, restrict quantities, or impose additional conditions on international shipments without prior notice where compliance, regulatory, logistical, or risk management considerations so require.

Coatsnmore reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this International Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

All changes shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the Coatsnmore website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.

Continued use of the Coatsnmore website and the placement of any orders following the posting of changes shall constitute acceptance of those changes.
