Prices mentioned on the Website for domestic sale i.e. sale of product(s) within India may be different from the prices of similar products intended for international sale i.e. outside India.
• It may be noted that in the case of international sales, We cannot provide the quantum of any customs fees, import duties, taxes, and levies. Further also take note that the actual amount to be paid by you as an international purchaser will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card/debit card, as per the currency conversions done by your bank/credit card/debit card provider on the date of billing

• COD mode of payment is available for all pin codes within India.
• We accept payment by ICICI Bank payment Gateway and by providing the payment information, you take the warranty and authority to use it.

We use secure payment gateways(ICICI) to collect or process your payments and your sensitive information is encrypted for secure transmission. We don't store your payment/card details.

We at Coatsnmore release discount coupons, sales, and promotional offers from time to time. Conditions of the same may vary from time to time. Read the terms and conditions further.

• Validity of discounts: Discounts announced by the companies are valid only for the specified period /duration and the company reserves the right to
  • Cancel these offers anytime.
  • Refuse to allow certain individuals to participate in these offers.
  • Amend these offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  Once the promotional period is over, discounts are not valid.

• Non-transferable: The offer and discounts are non-transferable and can be only used by the original purchaser/account holder.
• Discount Code: Discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer and it cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • Only one Code can be used/applied per order and Codes can not be used in conjunction with any other discount/offer.
  • These discounts/offers/codes are not available for the staff of Coats and More Ltd or its other group companies.
• Exclusions: The discounts shall not be applicable on all products and certain products or categories of products can be excluded from the promotional sales and discounts. These products/lists of products will be clearly mentioned in the promotional details.
• Minimum purchase requirements: In certain conditions, you may require a minimum purchase in order to avail of the discounts which shall be specified in promotion details.
• No cash value: the buyers/users are not allowed to redeem the discount and promotional offers in any other form (cash or credit).
• Cancellation and changes: The company/websites reserve the right to change/modify or cancel the sale, discount, or promotional offer without any prior notice.

  • If an item purchased using a Code is returned after the sale/promotion offer, the discounted value/price will be deducted from the refund money.

• Service strikes, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attack, natural calamities, floods, natural disasters, fires, epidemics, public strikes or failure of telecommunication networks, postal/courier delays, or logistics delays. We will inform you about the delay through the registered mail/communication channel. If there is a chance of substantial delay, you may cancel your order and the refund process will be initiated for any product that is already paid but not received by you.
• If you are not available when the product is delivered and the product can not be posted to you through your letterbox the courier partner will notify you about the delivery attempt and fix/reschedule the date and time of delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order any time if an item unexpectedly goes out of stock or the company decides to stop selling an item.
• Shipping policy: We offer all India delivery but certain areas might be enforced for non-delivery. Please check or contact customer service to confirm if delivered to your location.
• Order processing: All the successfully placed orders are processed within 5 days. You will receive a confirmation email with a link that helps you track your order after the shipment of your orders.

International shipment :

• Shipping Destinations: We provide international shipping to selected countries. Please check or contact customer service to confirm if delivered to your location.
• Shipping Costs: International shipping costs vary based on the selected countries/destination, size of the package, and weight. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and may include additional/extra handling charges.

• Return policy: All unused, unworn, and intact products returned within the stipulated time are accepted for delivery. You need to contact our customer care services to start the process. Refund will be directed to the source account of payment(refer to the return policy)
• Exchange policy: if you want to exchange the product for a different color, size, or style, you need to connect with the customer care executive within 5 days of shipment. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the product. (refer to the return and exchange policy).
• Cost of return shipping: The customers are liable to pay the shipping costs that are incurred while returning the product.

• We can cancel the order if we can not fulfill your order in some circumstances that include but not limited to unavailability of the product /product is out of stock, we are not able to verify your address, your requested country is not in our current list of delivery, there is a pricing discrepancy or product description. The reason for cancellation will be intimated to you through email and we don't charge for the product.
• We can cancel the order if we notice or detect any unusual activity/suspicious activity. Our products are strictly for personal use and we may cancel the order if we suspect that our products are exploited/misused/sold/resale for commercial purposes.
• If you believe that we have wrongly canceled your order, feel free to reach us by filling out the Contact Us form and or via our Whatsapp .
